LAGOS improved on all 5 pillars, with the best improvement recorded by Education & Healthcare pillars.

Overall, Lagos gained 10 points moving from 32.2/100 in 2022 to 42.2 in 2023, and surpassed Tripoli (40.1) and Algiers (42.0)
